以品管圈工具和PHS共赢理念共同提升临床医生创新能力

Integration of the quality control circle tool and the PHS win-win concept to promote the innovation ability of the clinicians

品管圈(QCC)作为管理工具,有助于将医院传统、粗放的管理转化成科学、精细化管理,推动医疗创新。然而,医疗类品管圈开展常常较难。作者分析了相关原因,并提出病友-医院-学生/社会志愿者(PHS)共赢理念。PHS共赢理念可整合医院内的各方资源,实现互利共赢,更利于医疗类品管圈的开展和医疗创新。本文从全国医院品管圈比赛一等奖的案例出发,探讨联合品管圈手法和PHS共赢理念,从管理、技能及制度创新方面,提升医生的创新能力,促进医院可持续发展的相关问题。

As a management tool, quality control circle(QCC) helps to transform the traditional, extensive hospital management to more scientifi c, precise medical management, which will promote medical innovation. However, QCC-involved clinical work is always diffi cult to carry out. By data analysis, the authors put forward a concept of Patients- Hospital- Student / Society volunteers(PHS) win-win. With this PHS winwin concept, a QCC named Blood & Bone marrow of China(BBCn) was established with clinicians, nurses, laboratory physicians, medical students and a few patients, to achieve an impossible mission of 'How to reduce the incidence of perianal infection in immunocompromised patients'. QCC with the concept of PHS win-win can integrate all resources of the hospital, enhance the innovation ability of clinicians in the aspects of clinical skills, management, and system innovation, which promote the sustainable development of the hospital. This QCC activity took the fi rst Prize of the 2^(nd) QCC of China in 2014.
