不同科室对于相关疾病导致的创面拥有一定的治疗手段或特殊技术,但是对于长期难愈合的复杂创面,如糖尿病足以及肿瘤导致的复杂创面等,单一专科治疗显得力不从心。转变治疗观念是解决复杂难愈合创面治疗难题的必然。创新涵盖创新治疗模式、创新治疗方法、创新治疗技术、创新防控机制等多方面的同时,还需要注重培养创面治疗专科人才。

Different sections have certain special treatment or techniques on different wounds caused by related diseases; however, according to the long-term non-healing wounds, such as diabetes or cancer caused complex wounds, single specialist treatment appeared to be inadequate. Innovations of the treatment concept is of inevitable for solving this problem. This innovation concept covers a wide range of innovative therapeutic modalities, innovative therapeutic approaches, innovative therapeutic techniques, innovative prevention mechanisms; also, we need to focus on training the wound therapeutic specialist personnel.
