医患临床路径意愿研究

Study of the attitude of staffs in hospital and patients on clinical pathway

目的:调查分析医患对开展临床路径的意愿,为推进临床路径工作提供决策依据。方法:以山西省一所三级甲等医院为对象,随机对医(各类医护人员)、患(住院病人)进行问卷调查,收回全部发放有效问卷465份,进行统计学分析。结果:医方54.09%对临床路径认可,45.91%对临床路径不认可。患方93.75%对临床路径认可,6.25%对临床路径不认可。将医院各方人员对临床路径的认知进行χ2检验,P<0.05,说明在医院不同类别人员对临床路径的认可有差异;将不同患者对临床路径认知进行χ2检验,P>0.05,说明不同患者间对临床路径认知无差异。结论:临床路径的顺利推进必须解决好医院的补偿机制问题,并对管理层和医务人员加大临床路径的宣传普及力度。

Objective:To explore the attitude of staffs in hospital and patients on clinical pathway and give suggestions to promote application of clinical pathway. Methods:A questionnaire was distributed to staffs in hospital and patients in a three level of first-class hospital in Shanxi province(n=465).Quantitative data of all questionnaire were analyzed using SPSS statistical software. Results:54.09% of staffs in hospital supported clinical application in hospital and 45.91% of them don't. 93.75% of patients supported application of clinical pathway in hospital and 6.25% of them don't. Further, receptive degree differed in different staffs in hospital showing by χ2 analysis(P < 0.05). It showed a different support in different staffs to clinical pathway. There were no different in different patients to support clinical pathway by χ2 analysis(P > 0.05). Conclusion To perform clinical pathway smoothly, hospital ‘compensate system must be solved successfully and medical workers should be aware of the importance of clinical pathway through extensive training knowledge of clinical pathway.
