研究型医院信息系统体系建设——浅谈我院信息化建设“十三五”规划

Constructing the information system architecture of a research oriented hospital——A brief discussion on the hospital informatization planning of Zhongnan hospital during the "thirteenth five years plan"

长期以来,武汉大学中南医院信息化建设在患者服务、医疗管理、综合运营等方面积极开展工作,取得了显著的成绩。但在"十三五"时期,随着新型城镇化、人口老龄化、医药卫生体制改革的不断深化,医院信息化建设与日益增长的医疗与健康服务需求、医院管理与决策需求、科研教学需求、区域医学中心建设发展需求的矛盾日益突出,前沿的IT技术与应用对人们的影响日益增强,我们必须深刻认识信息化建设对于医院战略发展的重要性和紧迫性,同时充分利用当前的有利时机,从建设投入、运维模式、制度和机制等方面打好应对各方面挑战的基础。

The Hospital Informatization of Zhongnan hospital of Wuhan university has been carried out for a long period in lots areas such as patients servicing, medical management, comprehensive operation and it has made remarkable achievements. However, During the thirteen five period, the reforming paces of neo-urbanization, population structure, medical/health system are getting intensified, the construction speed is being failing to satisfy the growing demand for the hospital informatization of medical/health care, hospital management, scientific research/educational purpose, regional medical center. At the same time, new technolodge and applications have appeared into people's eyesight and are expanding their infl uence. At this very time point, we must take a profound understanding of how important and urgent role that hospital informatization would play in the hospital development. We must take advantage of the new opportunity, and make efforts to resolve the prominent contradictions and problems that lies in the way of hospital information construction, we are going to build a grand foundation in aspects like inputting, operating mode, institution and system management, with which we would be confident to face the challenges.
