医德医风建设历来受到医疗系统从业者和社会管理者的高度关注,也是各大医院在对接国家医疗体制改革,深入推进内涵质量建设和研究型医院建设过程中必须面对的重大课题。本文通过界定"公益化"医德医风理念,分析其建设的必要性,以及探讨"公益化"医德医风理念在研究型医院建设过程中的应用。

Medical ethics has always been highly concerned during the health system practitioners and social managers. It's also a major issue must be faced for the national health care system reform, further promoting the quality construction and the research hospital construction. In order to explore the application of the 'public welfare' of medical ethics in research hospital construction process, we have defined the 'public welfare' of medical ethics, and analysed the necessity of its construction.
