This paper described the connotation and new features of construction of the medical ethics in research hospital in the new period,and gave a proposal in how to combine the Eighteenth Conference spirit to strengthen the construction of medical ethics and promote the sustained and healthy development in the research hospitals,which are the leaders and wind vanes of medical institutions.
