摘要
为进一步深化公立医院改革,调动医务人员参与和推进改革的积极性和创造性,建立符合医疗行业特点的公立医院医务人员薪酬制度,已成为公立医院改革的重要任务之一。笔者提出应进一步总结提炼推广三明市经验做法,充分尊重医务人员的技术劳务价值,合理确定公立医院医务人员薪酬水平,调整完善薪酬结构,建立符合行业特点的公立医院人员分配机制和薪酬动态调整机制。
It has become one of the most important tasks in the reform of public hospitals to establish public hospital medical personnel salary system in line with the characteristics of the medical industry in order to further deepen the reform of public hospitals, mobilize enthusiasm and creativity of medical staff to participate in and promote the reform. The author suggests that we should summarize and promote the experience in the hospitals of Sanming. It is to establish personnel allocation mechanism and compensation of dynamic adjustment mechanism in line with the industry characteristics of the public hospital by fully recognizing the value of the technique and service of the medical staff, determining a reasonable salary level of public hospital medical personnel, and adjusting and improving the salary structure.
