摘要
笔者提出中国公立医院创新性发展的三大策略,即管理体制创新采用"法人治理结构"的体制;运行机制创新推广"现代职业化的医院管理模式";服务模式创新实施"院后的疾病管理、院前的健康管理"与院中的诊断治疗服务对接,实现院前、院中、院后一体化的医疗服务模式。
The author proposes three strategies of public hospitals in China, which are the innovation of the management system with the 'corporate governance structure' system, the innovation of operation mechanism with promoting 'the modern professional hospital management mode', and the innovation of service model with the linking 'disease management after hospitalization and health management before hospitalization' with the hospital diagnosis and treatment services to realize the integration of the hospital medical service mode.
