文化建设是医院持续健康发展的源泉,对构建研究型医院具有重要意义。当前,医院文化建设还存在不少问题,制约了研究型医院的发展进程。第四军医大学唐都医院通过实施五大文化建设工程,在打造研究型医院文化体系方面形成了独特的经验和做法,具有一定的借鉴意义。

Cultural construction is a foundation for the continual healthy development of the hospital,which is good worth to constructing research hospital.For now,cultural construction of the hospital still has some problems,restraining the developing progress of the research hospital.The Fourth Military Medical University Tangdu Hospital is carrying out five cultural constructional project.It has created particular experiences and measures,which has successful experiences of others to go by.
