本文从阐释"六个行医"标准体系的主要内容和基本内涵入手,论述了构建该标准体系的重要意义,提出了把"六个行医"标准体系融入医院核心价值理念、融入医疗中心工作、融入员工日常行为、融入常态化监督考评等具体落实路径,从而有力提升研究型医院医德医风建设质量。

This paper explains the main content and basic connotation of the 'six-practice ' standard system,and discusses the great significance to build this standard system,put forwards the specific implement of integrating the 'six-practice' standard system into the core value concept of hospital,the central work of hospital,the staff daily behavior,the supervision and evaluation,etc.in order to effectively improve the quality of medical ethics of research-oriented hospital.
