摘要
按照人性化的理念要求,构建与研究性医院建设发展同步的后勤保障体系,是现代医院后勤建设发展的方向。对此,本文就如何构建医院人性化后勤保障体系,从总体思路、战略定位、动力支持、服务原则以及目标设定、环境打造、"硬件"建设、"软件"管理等入手,进行了系统论述。建设体现人文、人性、实用、高效并能够不断满足患者和医务人员目的性需求最优最大化的后勤保障体系机制,有利于医院全面建设、提升医疗工作质量和层次水平。
Construction of a logistic support system that is coordinated with the development level of researchoriented hospital on the basis of humanization concern remains a key problem in modern hospital progress.This article stresses on the systematic description of how to construct and build this system with the consideration of general thinking,formulating strategies,power supports,service principles,service targets,environment creation,and hardware and software managements.Constructing a logistic support system with features of humanism,humanity,practicability and high efficiency and with the capability of continuing to fulfill the requirements from patients and health-care personnel will inevitably contribute to the improvement of medical technology progress,and health-care service quality and hospital development in an all-round way.
