随着老龄化加剧,预计2030年中国60岁以上的人群达4亿人以上。神经退行性疾病患病率也节节攀升,虽然已做了大量的研究工作,但仍缺乏有效的治疗手段;未来主要的发展方向是寻找更为精确有效的微创或无创定位定性诊断工具,更为有效的治疗药物,更为个性化的诊疗方案等。脑计划的提出并实施,对解决人类自身难题,探索人类大脑数百亿个神经元的信息,并找到攻克人类脑部疾病的新方法带来了希望。

With the increasing aging population,the number of people at the age of 60 and older is expected to rise to more than 400 million.In these years,we have already done a great deal of research work in neurodegenerative diseases,but we still lack of effective means to control it.More precision microinvasive or noninvasive technology,more effective drugs,more individualized diagnosis and treatment,are becoming primary development directions of research work in neurodegenerative diseases.The presenting and implement of Human Brain Project has brought hope to solving our tough problems,exploring the information of billions of neurons in the human brain,and finding a new way to cure people diagnosed with brain diseases.
