As research hospitals have undertaken more tasks in the research and clinical work under new situations,new breakthroughs in logistical modes and measures should be made in line with the changes in the tasks and the subjects by broadening the minds and improving methods.This article demonstrates the importance of logistics in hospital as a whole and makes its observation on the planning and development,hardware equipment,rules and regulations establishment,talent team construction.
