随着医学科学技术的不断发展,医技科室的功能和作用已经发生了巨大变化,对医技人员的要求也越来越高。本文从医技人员的工作现状出发,提出迫切需要构建严格的医技人员职业准入标准以及成立医学技师协会的重要性,并探讨符合医技人员未来发展的模式。

With the constant development of medical science and technology,great changes have taken place in the role of medical technology department.The requirements of medical technicians also are getting higher and higher.In this paper,starting from the working status of medical technicians,it is urgent to construct a strict standard of occupational access for medical technicians and the importance of the establishment of Medical Technicians Association,and to explore the medical technicians with the future development of the model.
