内镜中心护士职业危险与防护的研究进展

目的:探讨内镜室护士的职业危险及防护措施。方法:在参考大量文献的基础上,通过生物、物理、化学、心理四个方面阐述内镜中心护士的职业危害及相应的防护措施。结果:医务人员的职业危害包括以上几方面因素,充分认识工作中职业危害因素;掌握必要的防护措施,做好职业防护;进行正规的操作流程,以减轻医务人员的职业危害。结论:加强医务人员对职业暴露危险性的认知和防护制度的培训,进行正规严谨的操作,是可以降低职业危害的。

Objective:To explore the occupational hazards and preventive measures of nurses in endoscope center.Methods:Based on a large number of references,the occupational hazards and preventive measures of nurses in endoscopy center were expounded from four aspects of biology,physics,chemistry and psychology.Result:The occupational hazards of medical staff include the above factors,fully understanding the occupational hazards in work,mastering the necessary protective measures,doing a good job of occupational protection,and carrying out regular operation process,which can reduce the occupational hazards of medical staff.Conclusion:It is possible to reduce occupational hazards by strengthening medical staff's awareness of occupational exposure hazards and systematic training,and carrying out formal and rigorous operation.
