社区督导治疗对缓解期支气管哮喘患者的效果探讨

Discussion on the effect of community-supervised therapy on patients with remission bronchial asthma

目的探讨社区督导治疗对于处在缓解期的支气管哮喘患者的效果。方法选取2017年11月～2018年11月我院来诊的缓解期支气管哮喘患者80例,随机分为对照组和研究组,对照组应用常规治疗,研究组在对照组常规治疗的基础上结合社区督导治疗,收集一年以来患者的病情发展、身体情况信息观察两组缓解期支气管哮喘患者的治疗效果,包括肺功能第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV_1)和哮喘控制测试评分表(ACT)。结果研究组患者接受治疗后的ACT评分以及FEV_1评分显著高于对照组(P <0.05),研究组采用常规治疗和社区督导治疗相结合的治疗效果好于对照组(P <0.05),患者的护理满意度显著优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论在处于缓解期支气管哮喘患者治疗过程当中,常规治疗与社区督导治疗结合治疗的效果更加理想,应当进一步推广应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of community-supervised therapy on patients with bronchial asthma in remission.Methods:Eighty patients with bronchial asthma in the remission period from November 2017 to November2018 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group received routine treatment.The study group was combined with the conventional treatment of the control group.Community supervision and treatment,collecting the patient’s condition development and physical condition information for one year,and observing the treatment effects of bronchial asthma patients in the two groups during remission,including the first second forced expiratory volume(FEV1)and asthma control test score(ACT).Results:The ACT score and FEV1 score of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The treatment effect of the study group combined conventional treatment with community supervised treatment was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the patients was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the course of treatment for patients with bronchial asthma in remission,the combination of conventional treatment and community-supervised treatment is more effective and should be further popularized.
