Quality Comparison and Market Trend Analysis of Lycium ruthenium from Different Origins

目的:以市场所售黑果枸杞为试验材料,调查其来源、市场销售情况,检测其外观质量、花色苷、多酚、多糖、水分、浸出物含量,并对各指标进行综合评价,分析市场走势;方法:通过安国药材市场、青海主产区实地调研,收集13个不同产地黑果枸杞干样,利用方差分析、TOPSIS法,预估不同产地黑果枸杞市场走势;结果:青海所产黑果枸杞百粒重、横经、纵径均显著高于其他产地,新疆所产果实浸出物含量最高,四个产地花色苷、多酚及多糖含量差异均无统计学意义;TOPSIS法评价结果显示新疆若羌综合排名最高;市场销售最好且售价最高的为青海产品,其次为新疆。结论:黑果枸杞售价在近两年趋于平稳,但不同产地果实差异较大,若加强质量管控,未来发展前景广阔。

Objective:To evaluate the quality and market analysis trend of Lycium ruthenium,we investigate the source and market price,test the appearance quality,anthocyanins,polyphenols,polysaccharides,water and extracts contents of L.ruthenium.Methods:The samples of 13 different areas of L.ruthenium were collected through the investigation of the Anguo medicinal materials market and the main producing areas of Qinghai province.The variance analysis and TOPSIS method was used to comprehensively evaluate fruit quality,predict the market trend of L.ruthenium from different habitats.Results:The 100 grain weight,transverse meridian and longitudinal diameter of L.ruthenium produced in Qinghai province were significantly higher than that in other areas.The content of fruit extract in Xinjiang was the highest,and there was no significant difference in the content of anthocyanins,polyphenols and polysaccharides in the four producing areas.TOPSIS evaluation results showed that Ruoqiang of Xinjiang ranked the highest.The highest selling price is Qinghai province products,followed by Xinjiang products.Conclusion:The selling price of L.barbarum is stable in recent years,but the quality of different producing areas is quite different.If the quality control is strengthened,the development prospect will be broad in the future.
