全面护理干预预防手术患儿术中压疮的价值探讨

Investigation of value of comprehensive nursing intervention in the prevention of pressure sores in surgical children

目的探讨手术患儿应用全面护理干预预防术中压疮的效果,旨在提升临床护理水平。方法选取2013年11月~2015年4月住院的204例手术患儿作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法将患者分为实验组(102例)与对照组(102例),实验组患儿实施全面护理干预,对照组患儿实施常规手术护理干预,对比两组患儿压疮发生率及患儿家属满意度。结果经不同护理干预后,实验组压疮发生率为4.90%(5/102),明显低于对照组的17.65%(18/102),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);护理干预后实验组患儿家属总满意率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论患儿由于年龄较小,身体抵抗力差及术中的各种因素影响容易发生压疮,评估患儿术中压疮的危险因素并采取全面护理干预,可明显降低患儿压疮发生率,提高家属满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the prevention of pressure sores in surgical children,so as to enhance the level of clinical nursing. Methods 204 children who were admitted to hospital and given operation from November,2013 to April,2015 were selected as study objects. All of them were divided into experimental group( 102 cases) and control group( 102 cases) by random number table method. The experimental group were given comprehensive nursing intervention,while the control group were given conventional surgery nursing intervention,and then incidence of pressure sores and satisfaction rate of family members were compared between groups. Results After different nursing interventions,incidence of pressure sores in the experimental group was 4. 90%( 5 /102),and that of the control group was17. 65%( 18 /102),incidence of pressure sores of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,so difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 01). In addition,total satisfaction degree of family members in the experimental group was higher than that of family members in the control group,difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 01). Conclusion Younger age,poor body resistance,and various factors during the operation can easily lead to pressure sores. Thus,to evaluate risk factors of pressure sores of children during operation,and to take comprehensive nursing intervention are very important,which can reduce incidence of pressure sores,and enhance satisfaction degree of their family members.
