中西医联合治疗冠心病心绞痛患者的临床效果分析

Analysis of clinical effect of combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine on patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris

目的观察中西医联合治疗冠心病心绞痛患者的临床效果。方法随机抽选于2017年9月～2018年9月收治的78例冠心病心绞痛患者,依照入院就诊登记顺序分为两组。观察组(n=39)应用中西医联合(益气活血汤+鲁南欣康)治疗,对照组(n=39)应用常规西医(鲁南欣康)治疗。评价及对比两组的临床疗效、心功能指标、心绞痛情况。结果两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组的临床疗效高于对照组。两组心功能指标比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),观察组的LVEDD、LVEF、LVPEd等心功能指标值均优于对照组。观察组的每周心绞痛发作次数少于对照组,心绞痛发作持续时间短于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论临床对冠心病心绞痛患者应用益气活血汤+鲁南欣康联合治疗,可增强药物效果,改善患者心功能,是一种理想的治疗方式。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine on patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Methods 78 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris were randomly selected from September 2017 to September 2018,and they were divided into two groups according to the registration order of admission.Observation group(n=39) were treated with combination of traditional Chinese and Western Medicine(Yiqi Huoxue Decoction+isosorbide Mononitrate),while control group(n=39) were treated with conventional western medicine(isosorbide Mononitrate).Then,the clinical effect,cardiac function index and angina pectoris of the two groups were evaluated and compared.Results There was statistically significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P<0.05),and the clinical effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group.Difference in cardiac function indexes between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01),and cardiac function indexes such as LVEDD,LVEF and LVPEd in the observation group were better than those in the control group.The number of angina attacks per week in the observation group was less than that of the control group,and the duration of the angina attack was shorter than that of the control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The clinical application of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction combined with isosorbide Mononitrate for patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris can enhance the effect of drugs and improve the heart function of patients,which is an ideal treatment method.
