宫腹腔镜联合手术与阴式手术治疗剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕憩室的临床比较

Clinical comparison of hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy and vaginal surgery for uterine scar diverticulum after cesarean section

目的对比宫腹腔镜联合手术与阴式手术在治疗剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕憩室中的临床效果。方法选取2016年2月～2018年6月收治的90例剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕憩室患者,将所有患者随机分为两组,各45例。对照组行阴式手术治疗,观察组行宫腹腔镜联合手术治疗,对比两组临床疗效及手术情况。结果两组临床疗效及住院时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组手术时间、排气时间长于对照组,且住院费用高于对照组,手术出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫腹腔镜联合手术与阴式手术治疗剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕憩室的临床疗效相当,但前者出血量少,后者具有手术时间短、费用低、患者术后恢复快等优势。

Objective To compare the clinical effects of hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy and vaginal surgery for uterine scar diverticulum after cesarean section.Methods 90 patients with uterine scar diverticulum after cesarean section admitted to hospital from February 2016 to February 2018 were enrolled in the study.All patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 45 cases in each group.Control group underwent vaginal surgery,and observation group underwent hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy.And then,the clinical efficacy and operation of the two groups were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in clinical efficacy and hospitalization time between the two groups(P>0.05).Operation time and exhaust time in the observation group were longer than those in the control group,hospitalization cost was higher than that in the control group,and the amount of bleeding was less than that in the control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effects of hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy and vaginal surgery for uterine scar diverticulum after cesarean section are similar,but the former has less bleeding,and the latter has the advantages of short operation time,low cost and quick recovery after operation.
