王安石是中国历史上著名的改革家。他领导的变法深刻而全面,对于宋代历史产生重要的影响。他一不爱官,二不爱财,三不爱色,品格高尚。其实他还是国家主权和核心利益的最坚定的维护者,可谓是被忽视的民族英雄。这一点一直没有引起重视,而这正成为新作《政坛大风——王安石传》的亮点。

Wang Anshi is the most prominent reformer in Chinese history.The comprehensive reform he presided over exerted an important influence on the history of the Song Dynasty.As is known to all,he is a virtuous man who is not keen on official position,personal wealth,or the beauty of women.But the fact that he is a firm advocate of national sovereignty and core interests is left unnoticed.This is the new discovery in my recent book The Political Gale:A Biography of Wang Anshi.
