尿促性素联合克罗米芬治疗原因不明性不孕症的疗效及护理经验

Efficacy and Nursing Experience of Urinary Gonadotropin Combined with Clomiphene in the Treatment of Unexplained Infertility

目的:探讨尿促性素联合克罗米芬治疗原因不明性不孕症的效果及护理经验。方法:将87例原因不明性不孕症患者随机分为观察组与对照组。观察组45例,同时接受尿促性素和克罗米芬治疗。对照组42例患者只接受克罗米芬治疗。治疗周期结束后,比较两组患者妊娠成功率和不良反应的发生情况。结果:观察组成功妊娠率为77.78%(35/45),高于对照组的52.38%(22/42),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者总体不良反应发生率分别为6.67%(3/45)和9.52%(4/42),差异无统计学意义(字2=0.240,P=0.624)。结论:尿促性素联合克罗米芬可以提高原因不明性不孕症的妊娠率,同时耐受性良好。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy and nursing experience of Urinary Gonadotropin combined with Clomiphene in the treatment of unexplained infertility.Method:A total of 87 patients with unexplained infertility were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Forty-five patients in the observation group received Urinary Gonadotropin and Clomiphene.Forty-two patients in the control group received only Clomiphene.At the end of the treatment period,the pregnancy success rate and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Result:The successful pregnancy rate of the observation group was 77.78%(35/45),which was higher than 52.38%(22/42) of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall adverse events were 6.67%(3/45) and 9.52%(4/42),respectively,and the difference was not statistically significant( 字2=0.240,P=0.624).Conclusion:Urinary Gonadotropin combined with Clomiphene can improve the pregnancy rate of unexplained infertility and is well tolerated.
