脊柱胸腰段骨折患者运用后路内固定融合术治疗的临床价值评估 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨脊柱胸腰段骨折运用后路内固定融合术治疗的临床价值。方法:随机将2016年8月-2017年8月笔者所在医院收治的脊柱胸腰段骨折患者80例分为两组,其中对照组行前固定术,而观察组则行后路内固定融合术,比较两组效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时,两组恢复情况比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床上给予脊柱胸腰段骨折患者后路内固定融合术治疗效果显著。 Objective:To explore the clinical value of posterior internal fixation and fusion for spinal thoracolumbar fracture.Method:A total of 80 cases of spinal thoracolumbar fracture patients admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to August 2017 were randomly divided into two groups,among which the control group received preimplantation surgery and the observation group received posterior internal fixation fusion surgery,and the effects of the two groups were compared.Result:The efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).At the same time,the recovery of the two groups was different(P<0.05).Conclusion:Posterior internal fixation and fusion for spinal thoracolumbar fracture is effective.
