后外侧入路治疗三踝骨折对创面和骨折愈合速度的影响 被引量:3

The Effect of Treatment of Cotton's Fracture by the Posterior Lateral Approach on Wound and Fracture Healing Rate

摘要 目的:探讨后外侧入路治疗三踝骨折对创面和骨折愈合速度的影响。方法:选取笔者所在医院骨科收治的三踝骨折患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组患者采取传统入路治疗,观察组患者给予后外侧入路治疗,对两组患者创面和骨折愈合速度等指标进行比较。结果:观察组患者创面和骨折愈合速度等指标明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:后外侧入路治疗三踝骨折能够明显提升创面和骨折愈合速度,提高治疗效果,值得在临床推广。 Objective:To explore the effect of treatment of cotton’s fracture by the posterior lateral approach on wound and fracture healing rate.Method:A total of 100 patients with cotton’s fracture treated in the department of orthopedics of our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 50 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with the traditional approach,while the patients in the observation group were treated with the posterior lateral approach,and the wound healing speed and fracture healing speed of the two groups were compared.Result:The rate of wound healing and fracture healing in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of cotton’s fracture by the posterior lateral approach can significantly improve wound healing and fracture healing rate,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
