自拟13味消肿固脱汤熏洗治疗围产期妇女混合痔50例效果探讨

Discussion of Curative Effect on 50 Cases of Mixed Hemorrhoids in Perinatal Women Treated by Fumigation and Washing with Self-designed 13 Taste Detumescence and Cementation Decoction

目的:探讨自拟'13味消肿固脱汤'对围产期妇女混合痔的熏洗治疗效果。方法:将100例围产期混合痔患者作为研究对象,按照抽签法将其分为参照组和试验组,每组50例。参照组患者给予高锰酸钾溶液外洗治疗,试验组患者给予自拟'13味消肿固脱汤'熏洗治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后疼痛评分、水肿消失时间及创面愈合时间。结果:治疗后,两组患者疼痛评分均降低,且试验组明显低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组水肿消失时间及创面愈合时间均早于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗总有效率为94.00%,明显高于参照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:围产期混合痔患者的临床治疗中,自拟'13味消肿固脱汤'熏洗治疗的效果较为显著,可以有效缓解患者的疼痛及水肿症状,具有较高的推广价值。

Objective:To explore the fumigation and washing effect of self-designed 13 Taste Detumescence and Cementation Decoction on mixed hemorrhoids in perinatal women.Method:100 perinatal mixed hemorrhoids patients were treated as study objects.They were divided into reference group and experimental group according to the lottery method,with 50 cases in each group.Patients in the reference group were treated with external cleaning of Permanganate,and patients in the experimental group were given fumigation and washing treatment with self-designed 13 Taste Detumescence and Cementation Decoction.The clinical efficacy,pain scores before and after treatment,edema disappearance time and wound healing time were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the pain scores of both group were decreased,and the experimental group was significantly lower than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The edema disappearance time and wound healing time in the experimental group were earlier than that in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was 94.00%,which was significantly higher than 80.00%of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of patients with mixed hemorrhoids in perinatal period,the fumigation and washing treatment of self-designed 13 Taste Detumescence and Cementation Decoction has a significant effect,which can effectively alleviate the pain and edema symptoms of patients,and has high promotion value.
