桑白皮汤加减治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期痰热型的临床效果观察

Clinical Effect of Modified Sangbaipi Decoction on Phlegm-heat Type in Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的:观察在慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期痰热型临床治疗中应用桑白皮汤加减的治疗效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院收治的60例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期痰热型患者作为研究对象,应用随机数字表法将其分为参照组和研讨组,每组30例。参照组给予常规西医治疗,研讨组在参照组的基础上给予桑白皮汤加减治疗,观察两组临床效果。结果:治疗前两组中医证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后研讨组中医证候积分低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研讨组治疗总有效率为100%,显著高于参照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后研讨组生活质量高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:桑白皮汤加减治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期痰热型的临床效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To observe the effect of Sangbaipi Decoction in the treatment of phlegm-heat type of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in acute exacerbation.Method:A total of 60 case of patients with phlegm-heat syndrome in acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into reference group and discussion group by random number table method,30 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with conventional western medicine treatment,and the discussion group was treated with modified Sangbaipi Decoction on the basis of the reference group.The clinical effects of the two groups were observed.Result:There was no statistically significant difference in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the discussion group was lower than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the discussion group was 100%,higher than 83.33%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in quality of life between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the life quality scores of the discussion group were higher than those of the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Sangbaipi Decoction has a remarkable clinical effect in treating phlegm-heat type of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,and it is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
