布地奈德联合特布他林雾化吸入治疗对哮喘急性发作老年患者的效果分析

Therapeutic Effect of Budesonide Combined with Terbutaline Aerosol Inhalation Therapy on Elderly Patients with Acute Asthma Attack

目的:研究布地奈德联合特布他林雾化吸入治疗对哮喘急性发作老年患者的临床效果。方法:选取2017年4月-2018年4月于笔者所在医院接受治疗的86例哮喘急性发作期老年患者为研究对象,随机分为研究组43例,对照组43例。对照组予布地奈德雾化吸入,研究组予布地奈德联合特布他林雾化吸入,观察两组治疗前后肺功能指标、症状消失时间及临床疗效。结果:两组治疗前肺功能指标FEV1%、FEV1/FVC、PEF比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组肺功能指标均高于治疗前,研究组肺功能指标均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组喘促、咳嗽、哮鸣音、肺部啰音消失时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗有效率为90.7%,对照组治疗有效率为72.1%,研究组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:布地奈德联合特布他林雾化吸入可以改善哮喘急性发作期老年患者的肺部功能,缩短症状消失时间,对老年患者具有较好的临床疗效,值得在临床中推广使用。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of Budesonide combined with Terbutaline aerosol inhalation therapy in elderly patients with acute asthma attack.Method:86 elderly patients with acute asthma attack who were treated in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were enrolled.Patients were randomly divided into the study group(n=43)and control group(n=43).The study group received Budesonide aerosol inhalation,and the control group received Budesonide combined with Terbutaline aerosol inhalation.The lung function indexes,time of symptom disappearance and clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Result:Comparison of lung function indexes FEV1%,FEV1/FVC,and PEF in the two groups before treatment,the differences were not statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the indexes of lung function in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the lung function indexes of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,dyspnea with rapid and short breath,cough,wheezing and lung rale disappearance time were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The therapeutic effective rate of the study group was 90.7%,and the therapeutic effective rate of the control group was72.1%,and the therapeutic effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Budesonide combined with Terbutaline aerosol inhalation can improve the lung function of elderly patients with acute asthma attack,shorten the disappearance time of patients’symptoms,and have a good clinical effect on elderly patients.It is worthy of popularization in clinical practice.
