奎硫平联合齐拉西酮或氯氮平治疗难治性精神分裂症的价值

Value of Quetiapine Combined with Ziprasidone or Clozapine in Treatment of Refractory Schizophrenia

目的:对难治性精神分裂症患者实施奎硫平联合齐拉西酮或氯氮平治疗,评价临床应用价值。方法:本次研究对象为笔者所在医院2017年5月-2018年5月接收的难治性精神分裂症患者76例,依据计算机表法实现分组处理并采取不同治疗方式,其中38例参照组患者实施奎硫平+氯氮平治疗,38例研究组患者实施奎硫平+齐拉西酮治疗,评价指标选择PANSS评分、GQOLI评分,统计两组不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗前两组PANSS评分、GQOLI评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后研究组PANSS评分、GQOLI评分均优于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用奎硫平+齐拉西酮治疗难治性精神分裂症,效果显著,具有积极应用意义。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of Quetiapine combined with Ziprasidone or Clozapine in treatment of refractory schizophrenia.Method:A total of 76 patients with refractory schizophrenia received in our hospital were included in this study.The time of admission was controlled from May 2017 to May 2018.The patients were divided into groups and treated by different methods according to the computer table.Among them,38 cases were treated with Quetiapine and Clozapine in the reference group,and 38 cases were treated with Quetiapine and Ziprasidone in the study group.PANSS score and GQOLI score were selected as the price indicators,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was counted.Result:There was no significant difference in PANSS score and GQOLI score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the PANSS score and GQOLI score in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Quetiapine plus Ziprasidone is effective in the treatment of refractory schizophrenia and has positive application significance.
