结构化皮肤护理模式在防治老年IAD患者中的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Structured Skin Care Model in the Prevention and Treatment of Elderly Patients with IAD

目的:探讨结构化皮肤护理模式在防治老年失禁性皮炎(IAD)患者中的效果。方法:纳入2017年1月-2019年5月在笔者所在医院住院的老年大小便失禁患者60例,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组给予常规皮肤护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予结构化皮肤护理。观察并比较两组患者的IAD发生率、相关并发症发生情况及IAD愈合时间等指标。结果:治疗后,观察组的IAD发生率显著低于对照组(13.3%vs 26.7%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的并发症总发生率显著低于对照组(16.7%vs 50.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);IAD愈合时间显著短于对照组[(5.23±2.34)d vs (7.57±3.97)d],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:二便失禁的老年患者应用结构化皮肤护理可显著降低IAD的发生风险,减少相关并发症,并能促进IAD愈合,值得临床推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of structured skin care model in the prevention and treatment of elderly patients with incontinence dermatitis(IAD).Method:Sixty elderly patients with fecal incontinence hospitalized in our hospital from January 2017 to May 2019 were divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was given routine skin care,while the observation group was given structured skin care on the basis of the control group.The incidence of IAD,complications and healing time of IAD were observed and compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the incidence of IAD in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(13.3%vs26.7%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(16.7%vs 50.0%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The healing time of IAD in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group[(5.23±2.34)d vs(7.57±3.97)d],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For elderly patients with fecal incontinence,the application of structured skin care can significantly reduce the risk of IAD,reduce related complications and promote the healing of IAD,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
