慢性化脓性中耳炎患者应用延续性护理干预的效果分析

Effect analysis of Continuous Nursing Intervention on Patients with Chronic Suppurative Otitis Media

目的:研究慢性化脓性中耳炎患者应用延续性护理干预的效果。方法:选择2017年5月-2018年5月笔者所在医院收治的104例慢性化脓性中耳炎患者,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各52例。对照组采取常规出院指导,观察组采取延续性护理干预。比较两组知识掌握情况,以及出院后的并发症发生情况。结果:观察组疾病表现(95.6±3.2)分、术耳保护(92.4±3.8)分、正确滴耳(94.7±3.5)分、健康行为(95.3±3.9)分,观察组知识掌握情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组出院后并发症发生率为7.69%,对照组出院后并发症发生率为30.77%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对慢性化脓性中耳炎患者术后出院采取延续性护理干预,能够帮助患者强化知识掌握程度,提高自我保护能力,减少出院后并发症的发生,进而促进患者更快康复。

Objective:To study the effect of continuous nursing intervention on patients with chronic suppurative otitis media.Method:A total of 104 patients with chronic suppurative otitis media admitted in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were randomly divided into control group(n=52)and observation group(n=52).The control group received routine discharge instruction,and the observation group was treated with continuous nursing intervention.The knowledge mastery and complications after discharge were compared between the two groups.Result:In the observation group,the disease manifestation(95.6±3.2)points,the surgical ear protection(92.4±3.8)points,and the correct ear drop(94.7±3.5)points and healthy behavior(95.3±3.9)points.The knowledge mastery in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications after discharge was 7.69%in the observation group and 30.77%in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous nursing intervention for patients with chronic suppurative otitis media after discharge can help patients to strengthen knowledge mastery,improve self-protection ability,reduce the incidence of complications after discharge,and then promote faster recovery of patients.
