Objective:To summarize the effect of systematic nursing on the natural delivery rate of pregnant and lying-in women with abnormal childbirth.Method:From October 2017 to September 2018,50 pregnant and lying-in women with abnormal childbirth in our hospital were selected as the research objects. The pregnant and lying-in women were divided into the control group and the observation group by computer table method,25 cases in each group. The control group adopted routine nursing mode, while the observation group adopted systematic nursing mode on the basis of the control group, nursing to the end of childbirth. The two groups were compared in terms of nursing quality scores, natural delivery rate and maternal and infant outcomes(including incidence of adverse events in pregnant and lying-in women and neonates).Result:After nursing, nursing quality score, natural delivery rate and maternal and infant outcomes in the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Systematic nursing is more comprehensive, targeted and humanistic in the clinical nursing of pregnant and lying-in women with abnormal childbirth. It can significantly improve the quality of nursing, improve the natural delivery rate of pregnant and lying-in women, and reduce the incidence of adverse events of pregnant and lying-in women and neonates. It is worthy of wide clinical application.
