真人养脏汤加味治疗肛门坠胀的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Modified Zhenrenyangzang Decoction in Treatment of Anal Bulge

目的:探讨真人养脏汤加味治疗肛门坠胀的临床效果。方法:选择2017年6月-2018年11月于笔者所在医院治疗肛门坠胀的64例患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=32)和观察组(n=32)。对照组患者给予常规治疗方法,观察组患者在常规治疗的基础上进行真人养脏汤加味治疗。比较两组治疗效果及治疗前后生活质量评分。结果:治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者生活质量评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将真人养脏汤加味应用于肛门坠胀患者治疗中,治疗效果显著,可显著提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of modified Zhenrenyangzang Decoction in the treatment of anal bulge.Method:Sixty-four patients with anal bulge were treated in our hospital from June 2017 to November 2018 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group(n=32)and observation group(n=32)according to random number table method.The patients in the control group were given conventional treatment methods,and the patients in the observation group were treated with modified Zhenrenyangzang Decoction on the basis of conventional treatment.The therapeutic effect and quality of life scores before and after treatment were compared.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant difference in quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the quality of life scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of modified Zhenrenyangzang Decoction in the treatment of patients with anal bulge has a significant therapeutic effect and can significantly improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
