牛蒡甘桔汤新方治疗小儿烂乳蛾41例临床效果观察

Clinical Effect Observation of New Niu-bang-gan-jie-tang in the Treatment of 41 cases of Pediatric Rotten Tonsillitis

目的:观察牛蒡甘桔汤新方治疗小儿烂乳蛾的效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2016年12月-2018年12月确诊为小儿烂乳蛾患者82例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为两组,各41例。对照组给予常规头孢噻肟钠西医治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用牛蒡甘桔汤新方。比较两组患儿临床疗效及症状缓解时间。结果:对照组治疗总有效率为85.37%,治疗组治疗总有效率为97.56%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组体温恢复正常时间、脓苔消退时间及咽喉痛消失均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:牛蒡甘桔汤新方治疗小儿烂乳蛾临床效果确切,容易被家属接受,值得临床推广使用。

Objective:To observe the effect of New Niu-bang-gan-jie-tang in the treatment of pediatric rotten tonsillitis.Method:A total of 82 cases of pediatric rotten tonsillitis diagnosed in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2018 were selected as research objects,They were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment with Cefotaxime Sodium,and the treatment group was treated with New Niu-bang-gan-jie-tang on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy and symptom relief time of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the control group was 85.37%,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.56%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time for body temperature to return to normal,the time for moss to disappear and the disappearance of throat pain in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of New Niu-bang-gan-jie-tang in the treatment of pediatric rotten tonsillitis is definite and easy to be accepted by family members,which is worth popularizing application in clinic.
