头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠治疗妇产科感染临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Cefoperazone Sodium and Sulbactam Sodium in the Treatment of Obstetrics and Gynecology Infections

目的:探究静脉滴注头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠治疗妇产科感染的临床效果和治疗安全性。方法:选取笔者所在医院2017年1月-2018年7月收治的196例妇产科感染患者作为本次研究对象,采用随机分组方法分为对照组和观察组,对照组使用头孢他啶进行治疗,观察组静脉滴注头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠进行治疗。治疗结束后,对两组治疗效果、治疗满意度及不良反应情况进行对比和分析。结果:观察组总治愈率为95.92%,治疗满意度为96.94%,不良反应发生率为2.04%,均优于对照组的78.57%、80.61%、12.24%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对妇产科感染患者进行药物治疗时,给予静脉滴注头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠能够有效消除病原菌,提高治疗效果和治疗满意度,并能够在一定程度上降低不良反应发生率,提高治疗安全性,值得广大医护人员进行推广和研究。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect and safety of intravenous injection of Cefoperazone Sodium and Sulbactam Sodium in the treatment of obstetrics and gynecology infection.Method:A total of 196 cases of obstetrics and gynecology infection patients admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to July 2018 were selected as the research object.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group were treated with Ceftazidime,while the observation group were treated with intravenous injection of Cefoperazone Sodium and Sulbactam Sodium.After treatment,the treatment effect,treatment satisfaction and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Result:The total cure rate was 95.92%,the satisfaction rate was 96.94%,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 2.04%in the observation group,which were better than 78.57%,80.61%,12.24%of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intravenous injection of Cefoperazone Sodium and Sulbactam Sodium can effectively eliminate pathogenic bacteriain patients with obstetrics and gynecology infection,improve the treatment effect and satisfaction,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions to a certain extent and improve the safety of treatment,which is worthy of promotion and research by medical staff.
