丁苯酞软胶囊联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗脑梗死的效果

Effect of Butylphthalide Soft Capsules Combined with Rosuvastatin in Treatment of Cerebral Infarction

目的:观察丁苯酞软胶囊联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗脑梗死的临床效果。方法:选取2016年1月-2018年6月笔者所在医院收治的脑梗死患者186例,将其随机分为A组、B组、C组,各62例。A组给予丁苯酞软胶囊治疗,B组给予瑞舒伐他汀治疗,C组给予丁苯酞软胶囊联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗。治疗1个月后观察比较三组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS评分)、Barthel指数、缺血区域脑血流量及治疗有效率。结果:治疗后三组NIHSS评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),Barthel指数均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且C组NIHSS评分低于A、B组(P<0.05),Barthel指数高于A、B组(P<0.05)。三组缺血区域脑血流量均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),C组改善程度大于A、B组(P<0.05)。C组治疗有效率为82.26%,高于A组的58.07%和B组的53.22%(P<0.05)。结论:丁苯酞软胶囊联合瑞舒伐他汀是治疗脑梗死的有效方法。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Butylphthalide Soft Capsules combined with Rosuvastatin in treatment of cerebral infarction.Method:A total of 186 patients with cerebral infarction admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2018 were selected and randomly divided into into group A,group B and group C,with 62 patients in each group.Group A was treated with Butylphthalide Soft Capsules,group B was treated with Rosuvastatin,and group C was treated with Butylphthalide Soft Capsules combined with Rosuvastatin.After 1 month of treatment,the national institute of health stroke scale(NIHSS),Barthel index,ischemic regional cerebral blood flow and the effective rate were observed and compared between the three groups.Result:After treatment,the NIHSS scores of the three groups were lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and Barthel indexes were higher than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the NIHSS scores of group C was lower than that of group A and group B(P<0.05),and the Barthel index was higher than that of group A and group B(P<0.05).The ischemic regional cerebral blood flow in the three groups were improved compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement degree in group C was greater than that in group A and group B(P<0.05).The effective rate in the group C was 82.26%,which was higher than 58.07%of group A and 53.22%of group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Butylphthalide Soft Capsules and Rosuvastatin to treat cerebral infarction is effective.
