综合护理在儿童颅脑损伤中的应用价值

Application Value of Comprehensive Nursing in Children with Craniocerebral Injury

目的:探讨综合护理干预在儿童颅脑损伤中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析2016年1月-2018年1月厦门大学附属第一医院神经外科收治的颅脑损伤患儿68例,按护理方法分为对照组和研究组,每组34例。对照组予常规护理,研究组在常规护理基础上施以综合护理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果:研究组干预后2周Berg评分为(43.06±7.60)分,干预后4周为(49.85±4.77)分,均高于对照组的(39.03±7.90)、(46.18±7.84)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组干预后2周Fugl-Meyer为(90.18±6.21)分,干预后4周为(94.53±2.88)分,均高于对照组的(85.06±11.46)、(91.29±8.34)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患儿家属护理服务满意度(94.12%)高于对照组(76.47%),差异有统计学意义(x^2=4.22,P<0.05)。结论:对颅脑损伤患儿施以综合护理干预,可促使各项功能及早康复,确保患儿健康发育,具有一定的临床价值,值得推广应用。

Objective:To explore the application value of comprehensive nursing intervention in children with craniocerebral injury.Method:A retrospective analysis was made of 68 children with craniocerebral injury admitted to the Department of Neurosurgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January 2016 to January 2018.They were divided into the control group and the research group according to nursing method,34 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the research group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Result:The Berg scores in the research group were(43.06±7.60)points 2 weeks after intervention and(49.85±4.77)points4 weeks after intervention,which were higher than the control group of(39.03±7.90),(46.18±7.84)points,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Fugl-Meyer scores in the research group were(90.18±6.21)points 2 weeks after intervention and(94.53±2.88)points 4 weeks after intervention,which were higher than the control group of(85.06±11.46),(91.29±8.34)points,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the family members of the research group(94.12%)was higher than that of the control group(76.47%),and the difference was statistically significant(x^2=4.22,P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention for children with craniocerebral injury can promote the early recovery of their functions and ensure the healthy development of children.It has certain clinical value and is worth popularizing and applying.
