Objective:To explore the clinical effect of targeted nursing intervention and traditional nursing on patients with spinal tuberculosis during perioperative period.Method:A total of 60 patients with spinal tuberculosis in perioperative period were randomly divided into two groups,30 patients in the control group were given traditional nursing, and 30 patients in the study group were given targeted nursing intervention. The wound healing time, time out of bed,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,self-rating depression scale(SDS)score, disease awareness and activity ability were compared between the two groups.Result:The wound healing time and time to get out of bed in the study group were significantly superior than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in SAS,SDS scores, disease awareness scores and activity ability scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After 6 weeks of intervention,SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before intervention.Activity ability index scores and disease awareness scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those before intervention. And the change of the study group were more obvious than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The targeted nursing intervention has a good clinical effect in the perioperative period of spinal tuberculosis patients.
