精细化护理在新生儿监护病房中的应用价值

Application Value of Fine Nursing in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit

目的:分析针对新生儿监护病房中患儿实施精细化护理对病情预后的改善效果。方法:选取2017年1-12月笔者所在医院新生儿监护病房收治的90例患儿作为研究对象。通过随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各45例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受精细化护理,分析两组住院时间及护理前后生命质量评分。结果:观察组住院时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后两组临床症状、活动受限评分均显著低于护理前(P<0.05)。护理后观察组临床症状、活动受限评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:临床上针对新生儿监护病房中患儿实施精细化护理有利于促进患儿病情康复,改善患儿生命质量,值得推广。

Objective:To analyze the effect of fine nursing on the prognosis of neonates in neonatal intensive care unit.Method:A total of 90 neonates admitted to the neonatal intensive care unit of the our hospital from January to December 2017 were selected as research objects.The neonates were divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method,45 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received routine nursing,while those in the observation group received fine nursing.The hospitalization time and quality of life score before and after nursing of the two groups were analyzed.Result:The hospitalization time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The clinical symptoms and activity limitation scores of the two groups after nursing were significantly lower than those before nursing(P<0.05).The clinical symptoms and activity limitation scores in the observation group after nursing were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fine nursing for neonatal in neonatal intensive care unit is conducive to promoting the rehabilitation of neonatal,improving the quality of life of neonatal,which is worthy of promotion.
