噻托溴铵粉联合糖皮质激素对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的有效性及呼吸动力学的影响研究

Effect of Tiotropium Bromide Powder Combined with Glucocorticoid on the Efficacy and Respiratory Dynamics of Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的:探讨噻托溴铵粉联合糖皮质激素对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的有效性及呼吸动力学的影响。方法:选择2017年11月-2018年11月笔者所在医院治疗的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者112例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=56)和观察组(n=56)。对照组给予糖皮质激素治疗,观察组采用噻托溴铵粉联合糖皮质激素治疗,比较两组患者慢性阻塞性肺疾病症状评分及肺功能、血气指标、血清炎性因子水平。结果:治疗1个月后,两组患者的FEV1/FVC%水平均明显提高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组慢性阻塞性肺疾病症状评分均明显降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组血气指标、血清炎性因子水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将噻托溴铵粉联合糖皮质激素用于慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的治疗中,能提高患者治疗效果,值得推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Tiotropium Bromide Powder combined with Glucocorticoid on the efficacy and respiratory dynamics of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Method:A total of 112 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease treated in our hospital from November 2017 to November 2018 were selected as research objects,and divided into control group(n=56)and observation group(n=56)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with Glucocorticoid.The observation group was treated with Tiotropium Bromide Powder combined with Glucocorticoid.The symptom scores of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,pulmonary function,blood gas index and serum inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Result:After 1 month of treatment,the FEV1/FVC%level of the two groups was significantly increased,and the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The symptom scores of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in both groups were significantly reduced,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood gas index and serum inflammatory factor level in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Tiotropium Bromide Powder and Glucocorticoid in the treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can improve the therapeutic effect of patients.It is worthy of popularization and application.
