血液灌流结合血液滤过在重症助壮素中毒治疗中的应用价值

Application Value of Hemoperfusion Combined with Hemofiltration in the Treatment of Severe Mepiquate Chloride Poisoning

目的:探究血液灌流结合血液滤过在重症助壮素中毒治疗中的应用价值。方法:选取笔者所在医院2017年1月-2019年2月治疗的重症助壮素中毒患者80例,其中40例采用常规对症处理措施,为对照组;另外40例在常规治疗的基础上,加用血液灌流联合血液滤过,为观察组。比较分析两组的临床疗效、昏迷时间、呼吸机使用时间和住院时间。结果:观察组昏迷时间(37.58±9.74)h、呼吸机使用时间(2.47±0.86)d、住院时间(10.65±1.59)d,均短于对照组的(49.26±10.28)h、(3.05±0.92)d、(13.78±1.63)d,观察组的死亡率2.50%,低于对照组的20.00%,治愈率80.00%,高于对照组的50.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对重症助壮素中毒患者给予常规对症治疗的同时,加用血液灌注和血液滤过,能够有效提高其临床疗效,缩短昏迷时间、呼吸机使用时间和住院时间,值得临床进一步推广使用。

Objective:To explore the application value of hemoperfusion combined with hemofiltration in the treatment of severe Mepiquate Chloride poisoning.Method:A total of 80 patients with severe Mepiquate Chloride poisoning treated in our hospital from January 2017 to February 2019 were selected,40 of whom were treated with conventional symptomatic treatment as control group.And the other 40 cases were treated with hemoperfusion combined with hemofiltration on the basis of conventional treatment as observation group.The clinical efficacy,coma time,ventilator use time and hospitalization time of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Result:The coma time(37.58±9.74)h,ventilator use time(2.47±0.86)d and hospitalization time(10.65±1.59)d in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group of(49.26±10.28)h,(3.05±0.92)d,(13.78±1.63)d,and the mortality of 2.50%in the observation group was lower than 20.00%in the control group,and the cure rate of 80.00%was higher than 50.00%in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Routine symptomatic treatment combined with blood perfusion and hemofiltration can effectively improve the clinical efficacy,shorten the duration of coma,ventilator use and hospitalization in patients with severe Mepiquate Chloride poisoning,which is worthy of further clinical application.
