盐酸帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症的效果及不良反应观察

Efficacy and Adverse Reactions of Paroxetine Hydrochloride in Treatment of Depression

目的:探究抑郁症患者应用盐酸帕罗西汀治疗的临床效果及安全性情况。方法:选择2017年6月1日-2018年12月1日在笔者所在医院接受治疗的抑郁症患者100例作为临床研究对象,根据随机数字表法分组。对照组50例患者给予文拉法辛治疗,观察组50例患者给予盐酸帕罗西汀用药,比较治疗后的临床效果及安全性情况。结果:治疗后,对照组总有效率为98.00%,观察组为94.00%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组总不良反应发生率(6.00%)低于对照组(24.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对抑郁症患者应用盐酸帕罗西汀治疗后,可安全有效地改善患者抑郁情绪,值得推广应用于临床。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Paroxetine Hydrochloride in treatment of depression.Method:A total of 100 patients with depression who were treated in our hospital from June 1,2017 to December 1,2018 were selected as clinical research subjects and divided into groups according to random number table.A total of 50 patients in the control group were treated with Venlafaxine and 50 patients in the observation group were treated with Paroxetine Hydrochloride.The clinical efficacy and safety after treatment were compared.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate of the control group was 98.00%,and that of the observation group was 94.00%,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The total adverse reaction rate of the observation group(6.00%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(24.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Paroxetine Hydrochloride can improve depressive mood safely and effectively in patients with depression,which is worthy of wide application in clinical practice.
