摘要
目的:研究高龄产妇采用孕妇学校健康教育干预法对其妊娠结局的临床影响。方法:选取2017年12月-2018年12月笔者所在医院收治的88例高龄产妇,抛硬币法分为研究组(n=44)和常规组(n=44),其中常规护理对象定义为常规组,将孕妇学校健康教育干预对象定义为研究组。分析临床影响。结果:研究组护理总满意度为95.48%,常规组为81.82%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组妊娠不良结局发生率为15.91%,常规组为40.91%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组新生儿不良状况发生率为13.64%,常规组为38.64%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前两组SDS及SAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后研究组SDS及SAS评分均优于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对高龄产妇采用孕妇学校健康教育干预,护理效果优异,值得推广。
Objective:To study the clinical effect of health education intervention in pregnant women’s school on pregnancy outcome.Method:A total of 88 elderly parturients were selected in our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018.They were divided into study group(n=44)and routine group(n=44)according to coin flipping method.The routine nursing object was defined as routine group,and the intervention object of pregnant women’s school health education was defined as research group.The clinical effects were analyzed.Result:The total nursing satisfaction of the study group was 95.48%,which of the routine group was 81.82%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes of the study group was 15.91%,which of the routine group was 40.91%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of neonatal adverse condition was 13.64%in the study group and38.64%in the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no difference in SDS and SAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05),after nursing,the SDS and SAS scores in the study group were better than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Health education intervention in pregnant women’s school has excellent nursing effect and is worth promoting.
