静脉铁剂与口服铁剂在血液透析/腹膜透析贫血患者临床治疗中的应用价值

Clinical Value of Intravenous Iron and Oral Iron in Treatment of Hemodialysis/Peritoneal Dialysis Anemia

目的:观察静脉铁剂与口服铁剂在血液透析/腹膜透析贫血患者中临床治疗中的应用价值。方法:选取2017年1月-2019年1月笔者所在医院收治的血液透析/腹膜透析贫血患者120例为研究对象,随机数字法分成口服组(60例)与静脉组(60例),其中口服组采取口服铁剂治疗,而静脉组采取静脉铁剂治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后血常规指标、铁相关指标,并对比治疗后的疗效。结果:治疗前两组血常规指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组指标均高于治疗前,且静脉组高于口服组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗前两组铁相关指标水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组相关指标均高于治疗前,且静脉组高于口服组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);静脉组临床治疗总有效率为93.33%,高于口服组的78.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在血液透析/腹膜透析贫血患者的治疗中,采取静脉铁剂治疗,可明显改善患者治疗后的血液指标,纠正缺铁、贫血状态,提高临床治疗有效率,效果理想。

Objective:To observe the clinical value of intravenous iron and oral iron in the treatment of hemodialysis/peritoneal dialysis anemia.Method:A total of 120 patients with hemodialysis/peritoneal dialysis anemia were treated in our hospital in the near future(January 2017 to January 2019).They were randomly divided into the oral group(60 cases)and the intravenous group(60 cases).The oral group was treated with oral iron,while the intravenous group was treated with intravenous iron.The hemogram and iron related indexes of the two groups were compared before and after treatment,and the curative effect was compared after treatment.Result:There was no significant difference in blood routine indexes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),after treatment,the indexes of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the venous group was higher than that of the oral group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).There was no significant difference in the level of iron related indexes between the two groups before treatment,but the related indexes in the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment,and the level of iron related indexes in the vein group was higher than that in the oral group(P<0.001).The total effective rate of clinical treatment in intravenous group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than that in oral group(78.33%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intravenous iron therapy can significantly improve the hematic indicators,correct iron deficiency and anemia,and improve the efficiency of clinical treatment in patients with hemodialysis/peritoneal dialysis anemia.
