中医手法配合弹性髓内钉治疗大龄儿童前臂双骨折临床效果

Clinical Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Manipulation Combined with Elastic Intramedullary Nail in the Treatment of Double Fractures of Forearm in Older Children

目的:探究中医手法配合弹性髓内钉治疗大龄儿童前臂双骨折临床效果。方法:从2016年3月-2018年12月在笔者所在医院接受治疗的前臂双骨折大龄儿童中选择90例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组接受常规手法复位小夹板外固定术治疗,观察组接受中医手法配合弹性髓内钉治疗,对比两组临床治疗效果。结果:两组骨折愈合时间对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组术后到开展前臂旋转功能康复训练时间显著早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗12周前臂功能Broberg and Morrey评分优良率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医手法配合弹性髓内钉治疗大龄儿童前臂双骨折临床效果显著,可以有效改善患儿预后,缩短康复时间。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine manipulation combined with elastic intramedullary nail in the treatment of double fractures of forearm in older children.Method:A total of 90 older children with double fractures of forearm treated in our hospital from March2016 to December 2018 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,45 cases in each group.The control group received conventional manual reduction and external fixation with small splint,while the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine manipulation combined with elastic intramedullary nail.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Result:The fracture healing time was compared between the two groups,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The time from postoperative to rehabilitation training of forearm rotation function in the observation group was significantly earlier than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent rate of Broberg and Morrey score of forearm function in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group at 12 weeks,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM manipulation combined with elastic intramedullary nail in the treatment of double fractures of forearm in older children has obvious clinical effect,which can effectively improve the prognosis of children and shorten the rehabilitation time of children.
