加味桃红四物汤辅助治疗四肢骨折后早期疼痛肿胀临床观察

Clinical Observation of Modified Taohong Siwu Decoction in the Treatment of Early Pain and Swelling after Limb Fracture

目的:观察加味桃红四物汤辅助治疗四肢骨折后早期疼痛肿胀的临床效果。方法:将100例四肢闭合性骨折患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组采用常规杨氏正骨手法(保守复位夹板外固定)的治疗方式,观察组在对照组常规治疗基础上加用加味桃红四物汤进行治疗,治疗周期均为7 d,并于治疗后1、3、7 d评价两组患肢肿胀及疼痛程度,评定治疗效果。结果:治疗后1 d,两组患肢肿胀和疼痛程度比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后3、7 d,观察组肿胀及疼痛消退程度均显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味桃红四物汤辅助治疗四肢骨折后早期疼痛肿胀的临床效果显著,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified Taohong Siwu Decoction in the treatment of early pain and swelling after limb fracture.Method:A total of 100 patients with closed fracture of limbs were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Yang’s bonesetting skill(conservative reduction and splint external fixation),while the observation group was treated with modified Taohong Siwu Decoction on the basis of routine treatment in the control group.The treatment periods were 7 days,and the degree of affected limbs swelling and pain were evaluated on 1 day,3 days and 7 days after treatment.The therapeutic effect was evaluated.Result:The degree of affected limbs swelling and pain were compared between the two groups on the 1st day after treatment,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).On the 3rd and 7th day after treatment,the degree of swelling and pain in the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Taohong Siwu Decoction is effective in the treatment of early pain and swelling after limb fracture,which is worthy of clinical application.
