心脑血管病诊治中血脂检验的临床应用

Clinical Application of Blood Lipid Test in Diagnosis and Treatment of Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Diseases

目的:对心脑血管病疾病患者诊治过程中血脂检验的临床应用价值进行探讨分析。方法:从笔者所在医院2018年7-12月收治的心脑血管疾病患者中选取50例作为本次研究的心脑血管组,另选取同期来笔者所在医院进行健康体检的体检者50例作为本次研究的健康组。对两组均进行血脂检验,比较两组的血脂情况,并对心脑血管组患者给予相应治疗,再与治疗前的血脂检验指标进行比较。结果:治疗前,心脑血管组各项血脂检验指标TC、TG、LDL-C分别为(5.8±1.3)、(3.0±1.3)、(4.1±1.0)mmol/L,均高于健康组的(3.5±0.5)、(1.2±0.4)、(2.0±0.3)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P=0.015、0.010、0.005);HDL-C(1.0±0.5)mmol/L,低于健康组的(3.4±1.5)mmol/L,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.012);对心脑血管组进行治疗后,其TC、TG、LDL-C血脂指标分别为(4.6±1.0)、(2.1±0.6)、(2.9±0.8)mmol/L,与治疗前比较,各项指标明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001、0.003、0.004);HDL-C(2.1±0.6)mmol/L,较治疗前上升,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。结论:血脂检验对于心脑血管类疾病的诊断具有重要作用,血脂检验结果可为心脑血管类疾病的诊断提供重要依据,可用于临床上患者血脂水平监测的常规检测项目。

Objective:To analyze the clinical application value of blood lipid test during the diagnosis and treatment of patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.Method:From the patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases admitted to our hospital from July to December 2018,50 patients were selected as the cardio-cerebral vascular group in this study,and 50 cases who had undergone physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the the health group of the study.Blood lipid tests were performed in both groups,and the blood lipids of the two groups were compared.The patients in the cardio-cerebral vascular group were treated accordingly,and then compared with the blood lipid test indicators before treatment.Result:Before treatment,the blood lipid test indicators of TC,TG and LDL-C were(5.8±1.3),(3.0±1.3)(4.1±1.0)mmol/L,they were higher than(3.5±0.5),(1.2±0.4),(2.0±0.3)mmol/L of the healthy group,there were significant differences(P=0.015,0.010,0.005).HDL-C was(1.0±0.5)mmol/L,it was lower than(3.4±1.5)mmol/L of the health group(P=0.012).After treatment of the cardio-cerebral vascular group,the blood lipid indexes TC,TG,and LDL-C were(4.6±1.0),(2.1±0.6),(2.9±0.8)mmol/L,compared with before treatment,the indicators decreased significantly(P=0.001,0.003,0.004).The HDL-C was(2.1±0.6)mmol/L,index also increased compared with pre-treatment,and there was significant difference(P=0.001).Conclusion:Blood lipid test plays an important role in the diagnosis of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.The results of blood lipid test can provide an important basis for the diagnosis of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,and can be used for routine detection of blood lipid levels monitoring in clinical patients.
