互动达标理论在腰椎间盘突出症患者心理护理中的作用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探究互动达标理论在腰椎间盘突出症患者心理护理中的应用价值。方法:笔者所在医院骨科2017年1月-2018年1月共收腰椎间盘突出症患者78例,借助电脑随机表法分为对照组及观察组,各39例。对照组实施常规心理护理,观察组实施互动达标心理护理模式,对比两组护理效果。结果:护理前两组各项评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后观察组SAS评分、SDS评分均低于对照组,家庭关怀指数明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对腰椎间盘突出症患者实施互动达标心理护理可降低焦虑及抑郁指数,提升患者家庭关怀。 Objective:To explore the application value of interactive compliance standard theory in psychological nursing of patients with lumbar disc herniation.Method:From January 2017 to January 2018,a total of 78 patients with lumbar disc herniation were enrolled in the department of orthopaedics of our hospital,and patients were divided into the control group and the observation group with the help of computer random table method,39 cases in each group.The control group carried out conventional psychological nursing,while the observation group carried out interactive reaching the standard psychological nursing mode.The nursing effect between the two groups were compared.Result:The scores of the two groups were compared before nursing,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,but the family care index was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of interactive compliance standard psychological nursing for patients with lumbar disc herniation can reduce the patients’anxiety and depression index and improve their family care.
