产后乳房穴位按摩的护理干预方法及效果研究

Nursing Intervention Method and Effect of Postpartum Breast Acupoint Massage

目的:探讨产后乳房穴位按摩的护理干预方法及对于产妇产后母乳喂养情况的影响。方法:笔者所在医院2017年3月-2018年1月产妇100例。随机分组,常规组采取常规产后护理,研究组则采取常规产后护理联合产后乳房穴位按摩。比较两组产妇对护理服务的满意度、母乳喂养率;产后乳房疼痛消失的时间、开始泌乳的时间、产后住院的时间;治疗前后产妇爱丁堡抑郁量表评分、焦虑心理评分、生活质量评分;乳腺炎发生率。结果:研究组产妇对护理服务的满意度、母乳喂养率、产后乳房疼痛消失时间、开始泌乳时间、产后住院时间、爱丁堡抑郁量表评分、焦虑心理评分、生活质量评分相比较常规组更好,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的乳腺炎发生率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:常规产后护理联合产后乳房穴位按摩产后效果确切,可减轻产后乳房疼痛,提早母乳喂养,提高母乳喂养率,减轻产妇的心理负担和缩短产后住院时间,改善生活质量,提高产妇的满意度。

Objective:To explore the nursing intervention method of postpartum breast acupoint massage and its effect on maternal postpartum breastfeeding.Method:A total of 100 cases in our hospital from March 2017 to January 2018 were selected and randomly grouped,the routine group took routine postpartum care,and the research group took routine postpartum care combined with postpartum breast acupressure.The maternal satisfaction with nursing services,breastfeeding rate,the time of postpartum breast pain disappearance,the time of starting lactation,the time of postpartum hospitalization,the maternal Edinburgh depression scale score,anxiety score,quality of life score before and after treatment,the incidence of mastitis were compared in two groups.Result:The satisfaction of the nursing service,the breastfeeding rate,the time of lactation disappearance,the time of starting lactation,the time of postpartum hospitalization,the Edinburgh depression scale score,the anxiety psychological score,the quality of life score in the research group were better than those in the routine group(P<0.05).The incidence of mastitis in the research group was lower than that in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Regular postpartum nursing combined with postpartum breast acupoint massage has a clear postpartum effect,which can reduce postpartum breast pain,promote breastfeeding early,increase breastfeeding rate,reduce maternal psychological burden and shorten postpartum hospital stay,improve quality of life and improve maternal satisfaction.
