预见性护理干预在妇科全麻手术患者麻醉恢复期的应用效果

Application Effect of Predictive Nursing Intervention in Anesthesia Recovery Period of Gynecological General Anesthesia Patients

目的:探讨预见性护理干预在妇科全麻手术患者麻醉恢复期中的应用效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2016年2月-2019年2月接收的80例妇科全麻手术患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组麻醉恢复期运用临床常规方式进行护理,观察组则运用预见性护理干预,比较两组患者血压、心率、苏醒时间、拔管时间、住院时间。结果:两组静息期收缩压、舒张压及心率水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组苏醒期收缩压、舒张压及心率水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组苏醒时间、拔管时间早于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在妇科全麻手术患者麻醉恢复期中运用预见性护理干预,不仅可以稳定患者血压及心率水平,还可以缩短苏醒与拔管时间。

Objective:To explore the application effect of predictive nursing intervention in recovery period of anesthesia for patients undergoing gynecological general anesthesia.Method:A total of 80 cases of gynecological general anesthesia patients who received treatment in our hospital from February2016 to February 2019 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given clinical routine nursing in the recovery period of anesthesia,while the observation group was given predictive nursing intervention.The blood pressure,heart rate,recovery time,extubation time and hospitalization time of the two groups were compared.Result:There were no significant differences in systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate in resting period between the two groups(P>0.05).The systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate of the the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time,extubation time in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group,and the hospitalization time was shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of predictive nursing intervention in the anesthesia recovery period of patients undergoing gynecological general anesthesia can not only stabilize the patient’s blood pressure and heart rate level of patients,but also shorten the recovery and extubation time.
