综合护理干预在后颅窝肿瘤患者术后的应用效果

The Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Patients with Posterior Cranial Fossa Tumors after Operation

目的:探究综合护理干预用于后颅窝肿瘤患者术后的效果。方法:选取2016年6月-2018年4月在笔者所在医院行后颅窝肿瘤术治疗的66例后颅窝肿瘤患者,随机分为对照组、试验组,各33例,对照组实施常规护理干预,试验组实施术后综合护理干预,对比并发症发生情况。结果:试验组并发症发生率12.12%,低于对照组的33.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组满意度93.94%,高于对照组的75.76%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对后颅窝肿瘤患者术后实施综合护理干预,能减少并发症发生,提升患者对护理的满意度,从而减少了医疗纠纷,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with posterior cranial fossa tumors after operation.Method:A total of 66 patients with posterior cranial fossa tumors who underwent posterior cranial fossa surgery in our hospital from June 2016 to April 2018 were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,33 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the experimental group was given comprehensive nursing intervention after operation,and the incidence of complications was compared.Result:The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 12.12%,lower than 33.33%in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate in the experimental group was 93.94%,higher than 75.76%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with posterior cranial fossa tumors after operation can reduce complications,improve patients’satisfaction with nursing,thus reducing medical disputes,which is worthy of clinical application.
